C.Academy was built as a community of mentors —
alumni of prestigious schools and employees and founders of top companies willing to help our ambitious clients to achieve their goals in the most efficient way.
With an extensive growth of our project we expanded our team attracting professional coaches, psychologists and top experts to work with us. Now our team consists of more then 20 mentors and among those are university professors, professional ICF coaches, psychologists and IELTS trainers with accreditation as well as selection committee members and Oxford, Brown, UCL and other university alumni.

I’ve never even dared to study abroad and it seemed to be a different reality. I felt that I am not happy about my life but did not have an exact plan how I could change it. I did not know what I wanted to do in my life and what my options were. Therefore I kept working hard hoping to see some light. Admission into the best university in Belarus was an important step and opening of the borders in my head. After seeing people going abroad for studies or travelling I put it as a goal for myself and was preparing 3 years for that. However, despite perfect grades, bunch of achievements and various experiences abroad as a volunteer I got rejected by all the programs I applied to not even mentioning scholarships that I needed to finance my studies.
I did not give up although it was hard and kept trying. For 16 months I kept searching and looking for options, learning how to built strong profile and write persuasive motivational letters, was preparing for IELTS exam and getting ready for interviews with commissions,
